Option A: $140. (No Meals)

Option B: $200. (This option includes dinner on Friday; breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday; and brunch on Sunday.)     

  The Cottage is yours for the weekend.  We will be in and out daily, to make sure that you have everything that you need.  We would also love to see what you are working on.

If at least 5 of you would like to come a day earlier, the cost will be $35 per person.  This is a popular option and an inexpensive way to stretch out your time together!

Check in time is noon on Friday and check out time for bedrooms is 12:00pm and checkout for the croprooms is 3:00pm on Sunday.

The hostess with a group of 12 or more will stay free!  There is a minimum of 8 guests to book for the weekend. If you would like to book the entire Cottage call for info. FYI: If you have a smaller group and would like to join another group, contact us for information. 

The hostess is required to make a non-refundable $300 deposit at the time of making your reservation. The balance of your reservation is due 30 days before your stay.

We accept cash, checks.  Checks should be made payable to Oak Street Cottage.  A $40.00 charge will be added to any returned check.

Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel there is a non-refundable deposit.  If a person is unable to attend, their deposit may be transferred to another person for that weekend only.
